P.E.S. Tubular Mid Ring P.E.S. Tubular Mid Ring  Ref: BD0050
Patent Pending

The Tubular Mid-Ring is designed to be used at various points along the penile shaft, in front of the scrotum. It can be applied at the base of the shaft, at any point along the shaft, or even beneath the coronal ridge. It is completely adjustable for an individual fit.

1. Separate the tubing on the Mid-Ring from the connection point.
2. Moisten the connection point and the end of the tubing using your mouth.
3. Place the Mid-Ring around the penile shaft where you wish to place it, anywhere along the shaft from the base before the scrotum to the ridge under the corona (Cockhead).
4. Pull the two sides together and reconnect the tubing to the connection point.
5. Lubricate the electrode and the skin under the electrode using ElectroLube (item #75) or a water-based lubricant such as Surgilube®.
6. Rotate the electrode so the connection point is on the topside of the penile shaft.
7. Connect your Low Profile Lead (item #71).

Helpful Tips:

1.) Unlike our other electrodes, DO NOT lubricate this Ring or the area for stimulation before application. Lubricate after you have applied the electrode.

2.) Be sure to get plenty of lubricant in the areas under the connection point to avoid possible hot spots.

3.) This is an adjustable electrode. It can be trimmed to provide a better fit. DO NOT trim unless you have first assured that it is necessary. You want it to be snug, but keep in mind, if it is applied before erection, there will be some tightening as you become erect. So DO NOT trim until you are sure.

4.) When trimming the electrode it is recommended to measure the circumference of the area it is applied to. Measure tightly and compare this measurement to the actual circumference of the Ring before trimming once you have ascertained that you need to trim. Trim small pieces off. You do not want to over-trim.

5.) As this is a tubular electrode, the entire surface is conductive. It is recommended to wear latex gloves to help prevent accidental above the waist contact. This is only necessary when the power source is turned on.

Lubrication:
Note: DO NOT lubricate Tubular Mid-Ring prior to placement on the body. Lubricate after the electrode is in place. P.E.S., Inc recommends the use of a proper lubricant with all P.E.S. Electrodes. A good lubricant not only lubricates but also decreases the possibility of hot spots. We recommend using P.E.S. ElectroLube (item #75) because it not only lubricates, but also has conductive properties and can increase the strength of the EES by as much as 40% by lowering the skin’s resistance. You can also adjust and balance the EES by increasing the conductivity of a particular Electrode, or an area of that Electrode, by simply applying more P.E.S. ElectroLube to the skin beneath. As an alternative to P.E.S. ElectroLube, you can also use Olive Oil. Olive Oil is a high viscosity lubricant that won’t break down rapidly or over-lubricate. In general, Olive Oil can be used as a lubricant with most of the Electrodes. Water-based lubricants can be used in the event that you do not have either ElectroLube or Olive Oil, but be certain to never use any lubricant that contains silicone. Silicone not only is an insulator and can reduce the effectiveness of the Erotic Electro Stimulation but it also will bond chemically to any product that is composed of silicone materials. All Electro-Flex™ products are made of silicone and as such should never be used with silicone lubricant.
