P.E.S. Tubular Base Ring Electrode Ref: BD0049 |
|
Patent Pending The Tubular Base Ring Electrode is constructed of tubular Electro-Flex, our conductive silicone elastomer. The Base Ring is fully adjustable as shown below. Proper fit is very important with an electrode such as the Base Ring. Before you trim the Base Ring, try it on and attempt to stim without trimming it first. After you have made sure that you need to trim the electrode, you might also want to measure around the base of your penile shaft behind the scrotum, while flaccid and erect, to ensure you do not trim off too much of the Tubular. Compare your measurements to the Base Ring and only trim a little bit off and try it again. Do not trim off large quantities of the Base Ring, as you do not want it to end up too small. You want it snug but not cutting off your circulation. When applying lubricant to the Base Ring, please be sure to pay special attention to the area under the connection point, as well as the area behind the scrotum to avoid possible hot spots. Note: Unlike the majority of our electrodes, it is not recommended to apply lubricant before applying the Base Ring. Lubricant will make it more difficult to handle. It is recommended to apply lubricant after you have put the Base Ring on. 1. Separate the tubing on the Base-Ring from the connection point. 2. Attach the Tubular Base Ring from the Side. 3. Rotate the connector to the top of the penile shaft. 4. Trim extra tubing from the Tubular only if fit is too loose. In order to complete the conductive circuit, you will need another Single Pole Electrode. The image below shows the Tubular Base Ring used in conjunction with the Basic Corona "Cockhead" Stimulator. General Lubrication: As with all P.E.S. Products lubrication plays an important part of the effectiveness of these electrodes, including the Base Ring. Unlike the majority of our electrodes, we DO NOT recommend lubricating prior to application. Lubrication will make application difficult. After the electrode is applied, we recommend liberal application of ElectroLube or other water-based lubricant, such as Surgilube®. This allows the electrode body to move freely for your personal fit as well as reducing the possibility of hot spots. Be sure to apply plenty of lubricant at the connection point as well as to the area behind the scrotum to help reduce the possibility of hot spots. Caution: Do not use lubricants with silicone ingredients. Silicone is an insulator which greatly affects conductivity, and can chemically bond to the products made from Electro-Flex when applied over a long period of time. This will cause the apparatus to cease to function properly, and may void the warranty on the Electro-Flex line General Warning: P.E.S. recommends the use of latex gloves to insulate you from any possible above the waist stimulation, as tubular electrodes such as the Base Ring are completely conductive and accidental above the waist stimulation may occur when manual manipulation is used in conjunction with Erotic Electro Stimulation. |
