The LBM should be inserted into the vaginal opening approximately four to five inches, then pulled back slightly toward the vaginal opening. General Lubrication: As with all P.E.S. Electrodes, lubrication plays an important part in the effectiveness of these electrodes, including the Little Big Man. This will not only assist in placement of the LBM but will assist in maintaining good contact between the LBM and vaginal tissue. This can increase the Erotic Electro Stimulation by as much as 40% by reducing the skin’s resistance to the electro stimulation. Because the LBM in an internal electrode, and women usually produce their own natural lubrication, the LBM does not need large amounts of lubricant to function properly, but the amount of lubricant needed will vary from person to person.
