Decide which end of the “Big Jim” you wish to insert.
Place the low profile connection on the end of the “Big Jim” that you are not inserting.
Insert the “Big Jim” into the capture bead on the Main Body of the Deep Throat.
Using plenty of lubricant, insert the “Big Jim”.
Make sure the corona or “cockhead” is thoroughly lubricated for application of the Main Body.
Apply the Main Body around the coronal ridge or “cockhead”.
Connect one side of your Low Profile Lead to the connection point on the Main Body and the other side to the “Big Jim”.
Note: As the Main Body is a tubular Electrode; the entire surface is conductive. It is recommended to wear latex gloves to help prevent accidental above the waist contact. This is only necessary when the power source is turned on.
Suggested Configurations:
Although the Deep Throat can be used alone since it is a double pole Electrode, it can also be combined with any of the other P.E.S. Electrodes for a multitude of effects. Try using the Main Body of the Deep Throat as a single pole Electrode in circuit with either the Tubular Mid-Ring, Tubular Base Ring or the Testicle Tubular. Connecting half of your second set of leads to the “Big Jim” will create a 3-Electrode Configuration and depending on how you have the “Big Jim” inserted will either give you three or four areas of contact. Because the “Big Jim” can be used to deliver stimulation to the prostate area, other Electrodes to try it in conjunction with are the Prostate Stimulator or the double pole Electro-Flex™ Anal Plugs for more intense prostate stimulation.
There are two configurations in particular that are unique to the Deep Throat. In Configuration 1, Electrode B is the inserted Electrode and Electrode A is used to connect your low profile lead in circuit with the Main Body stimulating around the corona. Dante calls the sensation provided in this configuration the “bounce back” effect.
In Configuration 2, A very unique configuration is created using only two connection points but providing three contact points. Electrode A is the inserted Electrode and Electrode B is partially inserted into the “cockhead” and doubles as the connection point in circuit with the Main Body stimulating around the corona. Dante calls this the “3 Contact Point Configuration”.
Cleaning and Lubrication: This Electrode can be cleansed in a 10% bleach 90% water solution with a few drops of dishwashing liquid. Make sure to rinse the Electrode thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before use. It can also be sprayed with Isopropyl Alcohol.
P.E.S. recommends the use of a proper lubricant with all P.E.S. Electrodes. A good lubricant not only lubricates but also decreases the possibility of hot spots. We recommend using P.E.S. ElectroLube liberally on both your genitalia and the electrode itself. For the “Big Jim” probe, it is recommended to use a sterile lubricant such as Surgilube® for insertion of the probe. As an alternative to P.E.S. ElectroLube, you can also use Olive Oil. In general, Olive Oil can be used as a lubricant with most of the Electrodes. Water-based lubricants can be used in the event that you do not have either ElectroLube or Olive Oil, but be certain to never use any lubricant that contains silicone.
Please note that like our Corona “Cockhead” Stimulators, the neck of the Deep Throat Main Body must be able to move freely through the ring of the Main Body . For this to be possible, the joining of the ring and the neck of the Main Body must be thoroughly lubricated. Failure to do so may damage the electrode.
Caution: DO NOT use any lubricant with silicone-based ingredients. Make sure the lubricant you are using is a water-based lubricant with no silicone ingredients. Silicone is an insulator, and therefore, reduces conductivity. Silicone-based lubricants, when used with any silicone product, will bond to the product and undermine the composition of the product. Electro-Flex™ is a conductive silicone elastomer. When a silicone-based lubricant is used with an Electro-Flex™ product, not only is the conductivity affected, but, also, it may eventually lose all conductive properties. This will void any warranty, expressed or implied, on the Electro-Flex™ product line.
Important Safety Note: P.E.S. Electrodes are designed for use exclusively with the P.E.S. Power Box only . This ensures maximum safety and efficiency. Using the P.E.S. Electrodes with another power source will void your product guarantee if problems or damage occur. Due to its construction, the Deep Throat should only be used with our Low Profile Lead Technology. Use with other leads may cause damage to the Electrode or it may not function properly. Take care when removing the Deep Throat not to remove by pulling on the neck or collapsible insulator sheath. Be sure to follow the lubrication instructions for the Main Body of the Deep Throat as failure to do so could lead to possible damage of the Electrode.
